My stay at Art Hotel Eiffel was enjoyable overall, especially with the amazing view of the Eiffel Tower right from my window. The rooms were a bit smaller than I expected, but they were clean and well-maintained. However, I found the breakfast options not worth the extra charge, and a refrigerator would have significantly improved my experience.
